Appeal for information after Kingston University student dies in Lava and Ignite club accident.

Police Officers in Northampton are launching a nationwide appeal for information after a Kingston University student and another young student died in the Lava and Ignite Nightclub in October last year.
19 year old Criminology and Psychology student Laurene-Danielle Jackson from Kingston University along with Nabila Nanfuka, a 22-year-old student from Neasden, were both crushed during the Wickedest Wickedest club event last October.
Officers have spoken to over 1,000 people as part of the investigation, including those who attended the event, emergency services staff and staff at the club.
Officers are still looking to identify 28 key witnesses who were there on the night.
Detective Inspector Louise Hemingway said: "We have spoken to over
1,000 witnesses and reviewed several hours of CCTV footage. In doing so, it has become apparent that, whilst we have a clear picture of what happened."
Angela Ferdinand and Ronato Jackson, the parents of Laurene-Danielle Jackson, have released a statement appealing directly to those who attended the event: "We would like to make an appeal to any one of the 28 people who have not yet come forward who attended the Lava & Ignite nightclub in Northampton on the 18th of October 2011."
Students are believed to have travelled to the event from towns and cities across the country including: London, Leicester, Coventry, Nottingham, Loughborough, Middlesex, Roehampton, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Portsmouth, Bradford, Canterbury,Greenwich, Birmingham, Buckinghamshire, Birmingham, Kent and Gloucester.
