Calling all wine lovers in Kingston Upon Thames

I'm glad to see that the powers that be are putting the old closed down magistrates court in Kingston to good use.  

Apparently according to Kingston Borough Council's website...

"The Mayor is hosting a special Wine Tasting evening in the unique atmosphere of Kingston's old Magistrates Court, Guildhall, High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU.

This event will take place at 7.30pm in the special surroundings of Court 1 and Court 2 where Wine Experts fromWAITROSE (Surbiton & Kingston Branches) will be on hand to talk about six special wines they have selected for guests to sample.  WAITROSE will also be supplying a selection of cheeses to tickle those tastebuds too.

Soak up the atmosphere and expand your knowledge of some of the more unusual wines that Waitrose have to offer. Tickets to this special evening of Wine Tasting are priced at £20 per person and are now on sale from the Mayor's Office at the Guildhall or you can fill in the form below and send in."
