Don't lose your chance to vote in next year's London elections
Kingston's Electoral Registration Officer Andrew Bessant urges everyone receiving a form to complete it to ensure their voice is heard in next year's elections.
"We were pleased with the increase in registration before this year's referendum on the UK voting system, but some voters may not realise that they do have to register every year," he said.
"It's very simple. All you have to do is return the form to us as soon as possible. If your details haven;t changed you can also reply by phone or email."

Problem is, unless the council make everyone aware of this, most people won't know that they have to re-register. It's daft - why can't they just keep details on record?
