How can FixMyTransport help Kingston?
Users can report problems with their stop or station, or with a route or journey, and FixMyTransport will help get it sorted. Once a problem has been posted, the site will reveal who's responsible for the issue, and encourages users to gather support via Facebook and Twitter. The progress of the complaint is tracked online, with the view to reaching a satisfactory resolution for everyone involved.
Users can also search for complaints in their area, and join forces with other disgruntled passengers.
The site, still in its beta stage, is clean, easy to navigate and intuitive, and already has a variety of gripes logged, so chances are you aren't the only one sick of overcrowding on the 08.12, or tired of looking at graffiti at your local bus shelter.
What would you like to see improved within Kingston's public transport system? Are you tempted to make a complaint through this new website? Let us know!
