Two Kingston College Students have said they're to Kayak nearly 475 miles to raise money for Charity.

Celyn Beynon and Bryn Cotterill will begin their epic journey in July July from Twickenham and will end up in Melrose in the Scottish Borders.

They set off in July, and aim to raise funds for the Hearts and Balls charity.

Celyn, 18 from Twickenham and 17 year old Bryn from Sunbury are both in their second year of the BTEC Extended Diploma in Sport.

Bryn, who plays for London Irish Academy, says: "I have many friends who have fallen victim to the ferocity of tackles in this game."

"I really felt like I needed to give something to these players for literally putting their life on the line for their team. This project will be an amazing result even if we raise £5."

"The Hearts and Balls charity, helps players and families who have been impacted by catastrophic injury or bereavement. Hearts and Balls works so hard and yet is not very well known."
