Kingston police station is closing for two weeks from Monday.

It's to make way for a refurbishment works taking place.

To compensate the public for temporary closure, a 24 hour police desk will operate in New Malden.

Anyone with a police matter should go to the CI Tower, St George's Square, High Street, New Malden, KT3 4HH.

CI Tower provides full, non-assisted, wheelchair access into the building, facilities for people who are visually impaired, an induction loop and facilities for hard of hearing people.

New Malden is accessible from Kingston via train and numerous bus routes including 131 and 213 routes. Full details will be available on our website.

Should you wish to contact Kingston police you can continue to do so via 101 or via the Met police website www.met.police.uk.

If you are a victim of Domestic Violence in an emergency, dial 999. You can access the One Stop Shop for confidential advice and support on Mondays 9.30am - 12.30pm at Kingsgate Church, 161a Clarence Street, Kingston. Call 07917 271 549 for further information.

There is a police officer based at the One Stop Shop on Mondays who will be able to offer advice and complete reports if necessary.

Kingston police would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this two week  period.
