Langleys, a new restaurant promising British brasserie style cuisine and attentive service, has opened in Surbiton.
Langleys Restaurant & Wine Bar opens in Surbiton.
Bevan Hoogewerf and his wife Miranda opened Langleys Restaurant & Wine Bar in the historic building formally known as the Liberty Bell. The Liberty Bell was once a popular eatery which served the Surbiton area for over twenty years.
The building itself has been renovated although original features have been restored and the management team brings with it an impressive resume. Bevan has worked The Savoy, Simpsons on the Strand and the Tryst Restaurant & Bar.
Bevan and Miranda are keen to create a relaxed and friendly environment where people can enjoy delicious, reasonably priced food, accompanied by carefully chosen wines, providing excellent service to their clientele.
Bevan said: “Miranda and I are really excited about opening Langleys. We want it to become THE place for the local community to socialise with friends, work colleagues or family - somewhere to enjoy a relaxed lunch or dinner, or even just a quick drink after work.
“We hope that Langleys will quickly establish a name for itself and will draw patrons from far and wide into the area”.
