    Kingston Council is planning for the 2012/13 financial year (1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013) and wants your views on which services are important to you. During the next three years the council will see a 19 percent reduction in funding to provide essential local services.     Household waste and recycling collections in Kingston will be one day later than usual over the Christmas and New Year fortnight, commencing 26 December (so if your collection is usually on a Thursday, for two weeks from December 26 it will be on Friday instead).
