Kingston customers donate enough food to provide 2,000 to FareShare

• Sainsbury's customers donated 1 million meals to the Million Meal Appeal, and Sainsbury's have matched the donation so FareShare can provide 2 million meals to help feed those in need

• Appeal remains UK's biggest ever single-charity food drive

• 600 volunteers participated in the Million Meal Appeal, encouraging customers to donate in stores around the country

• 720 local charities and community projects throughout the country to benefit including YMCA Subiton

• Sainsbury's has matched every meal donated by customers - this means in total Kingston have helped to provide 2,000 meals for FareShare
