Kingston - What's in a name?

I keep reading bits about the Coronation Stone and whether it's 2 or 7 Saxon Kings that were crowned while sitting on it (I think officially it's two) but I was reading somewhere the other day that Kingston was not named after this stone but rather from King's Tun - which apparently means a royal estate.
