VPOWER:
Visibility - Windows & Mirrors clean, wipers & de-misters fully operational.
Petrol - Sufficient amount for journey & return.
Oil - Check level between Minimum & Maximum.
Water - Anti-Freeze/Coolant level between Minimum & Maximum. Windscreen washer reservoir between Min & Max.
Electrics - legal requirement that ALL lights are working. Keep spares.
Rubber - Footbrake should not feel spongy or slack; when applied, vehicle should not pull to one side. Handbrake (Parking Brake) when applied should secure itself before reaching the end of its working travel. The Anti-lock braking system (ABS) light should NOT be illuminated whilst driving! There should no cuts or bulges on tyres. Min tread depth of 1.6mm. Inflated to correct tyre pressure. Check spare tyre too!
