telephone handset:i moved into my present adress in 1991,after i got my line conecterd i informed hull telephones that i did not have a handset.they informed me that one would be deliverd ,well 20 years later iam still wating.i pay for hanset in my bill.iam now retierd and money is tight and over the years i have purchesed many phones. so why do i pay for a phone rental when i dont actual hire a phone from NOW KC help .
