On 10th October 2010 why not join 2000 people and run either 8.2 miles or 16 miles from the Market Square in Kingston along the Thames towpath.

The run is ideal for any running ability with the two distances available and is flat so perfect for running a personal best.

The course takes in some of the pictureaque pasrts of Greater London running along the banks of the River Thames psat the magnificent Hampton Court Palace and over the famous Kingston Bridge.
