I’ve been keeping quiet about this Kingston Upon Thames shop for a while now as I don’t want to face long queues.  However hearing complaints on twitter from Kingstonians on everything I thought I tell you about something that should cheer you up  - that is Mr Simms Olde Sweet Shoppe.

The shop on Castle Street  is an old fashion sweet shop.  There you can buy retro sweets like Sherbert Fountains, a selection of sweets for pick-n-mix  like bananas, crocodiles and cola bottles,  and sweets weighed out like Rhubarb and Custard. (Unfortunately the sweets are weighed out in grammes not ounces but you can’t have everything.)

Personally my office seems to like the different flavoured Fudge they sell, and considering I work with French and Italian people that’s a compliment indeed.
