First it was students now it's postal workers - it seems that Kingston and Surbiton MP, Ed Davey, wants to anger everyone.

Today - in fact right now - there is a demonstration in front of Kingston Station against the proposed Postal Services Bill.

The Communication Workers Union (CWU)  are demonstrating against what they see is the Bill that will end the Universal Postal Service. This would mean that everyone around the country, particularly those in rural areas,  would see a reduced letter collection and delivery service for an increased price.

The CWU urge you to lobby your MP by visiting www.keepthepostpublic.org.uk and sending them a message.

However as those who lobbied the two MPs covering the Kingston area, Ed Davey and Zac Goldsmith,  about Student Fees know these messages are likely to fall on deaf ears.
