In a day of revelations involving one Kingston MP, it seems that the other one, Zac Goldsmith, is also making headlines.  This time it's over the cost of his Election Campaign that got him elected to represent those of us who live in North Kingston.

It now seems that Zac Goldsmith will not be reported to the police over allegations related to his election spending  the Electoral Commission has announced.

The Electoral Commission found that while Zac Goldsmith under-reported his spending by £1,185 in the final weeks of the campaign, over all the total amount spent came under the £39,856 allowed.

Speaking in response to Electoral Commission's investigation started by a Channel4 News probe, Zac Goldsmith said:

"We are delighted to have been vindicated as we

always knew we would be."
