Even though the housing market remains in turmoil Kingston house prices have still risen in the KT1 postcode by 0.1% in the last quarter, according to the thisismoney website. This backs up previous reports of price increases by the Royal Insitution of Chartered Surveyors in January.

The reasons why people want to live in Kingston are well know to residents of the area,  and these include good schools and transport links into London and further afield plus the excellent shopping and leisure facilities.

For these reasons the borough has seen a boom in birth rates and an increase in the number of families who have moved to the area. Those wishing to buy or rent a property need to look no further than this site. Simply click on the property link on the top menu or here.
