Planning Kingston Core Strategy

Local residents have until the end of the month to comment on the council's planning policies that will shape development in the borough for the next 16 years.

The council is holding 4 drop in sessions on Saturday 9th January to provide residents with information about the consultations. These events will take place between 11am-3pm at:

New Malden Library, Kingston Road, New Malden KT3 3LY

-The Hook Centre, Hook Road, Hook KT9 1EJ

-Kingston Library, Fairfield Road, Kingston KT2 2PS

-Kingsmeadow Fitness & Athletic Centre, Kingston Road KT1 3PB

The Core Strategy forms part planning documents that together form the Local Development Framework. This Framework includes an Area Action plan for Kingston Town Centre and a Joint Waste Plan with neighbouring boroughs.
