Had been quite happy with them for 2 months....
until!... They raised the price in 1 month by 20% without telling me when I gave them my card details on a repeat order (from £57 to £70!) on my brand of dogfood and gave the only reason for doing this is the RRP on the Origen website had increased. (They did not, however, state that the unit cost price had increased so I would speculate that it hasn't!). I was refused a refund on the unopened bag (the difference from the original price paid) and refused a full refund. I can & will source the same food from my local Pet Store at the original price and they will deliver to my door. Dunk
