A polite and proffessional service. Good communication.
The only criticism so far, is that we were given a rough verbal quote after our free consultation, of about £350, 'a small job'. It was explained that our job was straight forward and involved tax returns on a small property abroad, back dated a few years. Very little profit made from rental income until recently. Simple calculations you would have thought, especially as we had little evidence other than estimates and more recent receipts. The final bill was a shocking, nearly double the expected. The bill did not lay out how much time was taken.
