Unlike anet1234 I find the staff in John Lewis very helpful. Many of them go out of their way to be so. One staff member is a card maker and told a friend of mine the easiest way to make wedding invites.

Eveytime I go in this store I have a problem Before christmas went to buy gift vouchers and found the staff so unfriendly, also had problems twice when eating in the restaraunt
