    Thousands of people lined the streets of Kingston on Sunday to watch some of the world's best cyclists fly past as part of the Olympic test event.     Kingstonians are happy to report that they have a new signing - Paul Vines from Bromley. The 27 year old who has been on loan to the Kingstonians move is now permanent.  Paul Vines, who played briefly for Kingstonians in 2005, has come from Tooting and Mitcham where he scored 123 goals in 200 appearances.
