DO NOT USE THIS CAB SERVICE

After having a lovely dinner in New Malden I decided to see how much a taxi home was. I was told it was £10 altogether to drop my friend off and then home me after. After getting into a bad smelling cab and driving an indirect route from my friends house, down a dark side road, the cab driver told me i would need to pay then and there. I handed him a £10 note and he told me the journey would cost £14 (by this time he already had my £10). I told him I was told it was £10; he stopped the car and made me speak to his manager on the phone. The owner of the company told me i could get out where I was, (with no more money on me) or pay the full fair! As a 19 year old girl, I felt unsafe, vunerable and was not impressed with having to debate with the manager. In the end I had no choice but to pay the increased fair, as I had no other way of getting home. I am outraged at the service and would advise everyone else not to use them!
