We booked a taxi the night before to get us to Heathrow for a flight and it never even showed up!! We rang repeatedly after it didn't show 15 mins after the collection time and again 30 mins after collection time. Such terrible terrible service. I will NEVER use them again. So much for supporting local businesses, we went back to using one of the larger franchises who are consistently reliable. You just can't run the risk if you're trying to get to Heathrow to travel for business (or holiday for that matter)

I have just had a terrible experience with this company. They left us stranded, claiming we were 25 minutes late , which we were not. The text they sent to say the cab had arrived came after I had been out to look for the driver five minutes after the time they were due'; he told me his office had told him to leave and when I looked surprised said we would be right out he ignored this and drove off. However, when I phoned the office to ask what had happened I was told that this was our fault; they were busy and we should have been there. We were. Apparently my phone provider is rubbish and it is my fault that their texts don't arrive! Despite the fact that we have been regular customers for many years they were extremely rude on the phone; could not provide their PCO number when I asked for it and threatened to report me to the police for harassment if I called them again to complain! I just want to say that I am very glad it wasn't one of my children using this service. I cannot believe that a simple apology is so difficult for them to deliver. This is a Thursday night in February - not New Year's Eve! I hope no-one else experiences this appaling service.
